Onboarding
Verification of ownership in person
The first step will be to visit your apartment in person, so that you can assess its potential, both in terms of structure and location, and determine any improvements in terms of furnishings and/or amenities.
Professional photography
One of the fundamental factors in publishing your ad, is definitely photography. It is of crucial importance the first impact that is the visual one; you should never underestimate the quality and format of the photos that we are going to publish in order to make your facility as eye-catching as possible.

A proper setup on the channels in charge of the short-term rental service will be the basis for all the work that follows.

Creating and optimizing ads
We will take care of the proper creation of listings (Airbnb, Booking…) optimizing all the attractive features of your apartment, with professional photos and careful description.

Synchronization of your calendar if it will be on multiple channels.

Guest and reservation management
We will follow the guests from the reservation until the end of their stay.

Check in (in-person and stand-alone)
In case in-person check in is required, we will welcome guests at the property, carry out a description of all functional aspects, and hand over the keys. They will be guaranteed assistance for the duration of their stay. Final check out with return of keys.
Sending guest data to the SEF
We will take care of registering client data to the Sef, as per current regulations.
